What you will do

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure consistency.
• Check and document product specifications as required by Quality Assurance.
• Collaborate with fellow operators and QA teams to maintain production standards.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and plug gauges.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic math skills.
• Successful completion of background checks and a pre-employment drug test.

Nice to have

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or milling machines in production.
• Experience replacing and troubleshooting worn tooling.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
