What you will do
- Lead and deliver fund launches and product change across Public Assets.
- Own end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Drive multiple concurrent initiatives, often to accelerated timelines.
- Partner across Investment, Product, Distribution, and Operations to deliver client-led outcomes.
- Navigate regulatory and operational requirements to ensure compliant delivery.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive pragmatic resolution; support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering fund launches and product change.
- Project management experience in investment management with understanding of different delivery approaches.
- Experience with OEICs, ETFs, SICAVs, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, active listening, and stakeholder influence/negotiation skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with evolving priorities and manage ambiguity during delivery.
- Good awareness of relevant regulations (e.g., UCITS, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SDR, SFDR).
