What you will do

• Lead and deliver fund launches and product change across Public Assets.
• Own end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Drive multiple concurrent initiatives, often to accelerated timelines.
• Partner across Investment, Product, Distribution, and Operations to deliver client-led outcomes.
• Navigate regulatory and operational requirements to ensure compliant delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive pragmatic resolution; support continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering fund launches and product change.
• Project management experience in investment management with understanding of different delivery approaches.
• Experience with OEICs, ETFs, SICAVs, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication, active listening, and stakeholder influence/negotiation skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with evolving priorities and manage ambiguity during delivery.
• Good awareness of relevant regulations (e.g., UCITS, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SDR, SFDR).
