What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and closure.
• Lead the migration or replacement of legacy back-office systems to modern architectures.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and provide consistent status reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business subject-matter experts, and executive leadership.
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, business-critical IT projects.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience with system migration or replacement projects, particularly in back-office domains.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
