Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Partner with clients to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Data.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering discussions.
• Manage risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee UAT activities and coordinate transition to production support.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience managing end-to-end software or SaaS delivery projects.
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or software vendor environments.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the London office).
• Solid experience in planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with external clients in a delivery capacity.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Corporate Actions Processing or Asset Servicing.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
