What you will do

• Own and actively manage a designated sales territory, conducting 15+ high-quality sales presentations per week.
• Provide expert guidance to designers and clients on product assortments, pricing, lead times, and specifications.
• Develop and deliver curated, strategic sales presentations tailored to client needs and project scope.
• Proactively identify and deepen relationships with designers and clients, balancing new business development with long-term stewardship.
• Maintain and elevate client libraries throughout the territory to ensure consistent exposure to current products and resources.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on call activity, pipeline health, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with a strong preference for luxury furniture, textiles, or design-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success selling into both residential and commercial markets.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
• High degree of organization and ability to operate with autonomy.
