What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for patients struggling with substance abuse.
• Develop and revise personalized patient treatment plans while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-service training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Must hold current counseling credentials (CADC, LADC, or equivalent) as required by the state of Nevada.
• Must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services-related field.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse treatment populations.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment and follow supervisory direction.
• Must be able to work on-site in Reno, NV.
