• Develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal agentic systems reaching millions of customers.
• Design and implement advanced interaction modes including Voice AI and deep research capabilities.
• Pioneer evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails to ensure AI trustworthiness.
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives bridging applied research and scalable engineering.
• Distill complex AI architectures into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Stay on the cutting edge of agentic paradigms to drive tangible product innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience deploying large-scale ML models.
• 2-3 years of recent experience building agent-based systems or multi-agent collaboration.
• Proven ability to build AI services handling high-volume interactions with low latency.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, Agents SDK, or AutoGen.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
