What you will do

• Partner with marketing leadership to design and deploy AI-native workflows with human-in-the-loop supervision.
• Lead the full lifecycle of internal AI solutions from problem scoping and prompt engineering to integration and testing.
• Research and integrate frontier models and agent frameworks to solve specific marketing challenges.
• Connect AI agents directly into the marketing data stack to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as an internal evangelist to help the broader team understand the evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco.
• Proven track record in marketing operations and building automated AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to manage context, structure model outputs, and chain tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Genuine curiosity about marketing business impact and lead qualification processes.
