Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Work with customers to understand AI/ML challenges and design and deploy customized solutions using hirify.global technologies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during deployment, providing hands-on integration support.
• Lead AI/ML solution deployments and continuously optimize their performance.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
• Train clients, diagnose deployment challenges, and provide clear progress and outcome updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a similar role, including real-world AI/ML deployment and integration.
• Proficiency with LLMs, RAGs, evaluation techniques, machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and Python.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and ML services.
• Experience diagnosing model drift, data quality issues, performance problems, model deployment, monitoring, MLOps, MLflow, and CI/CD.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/ML to data analysis, predictive modeling, or automation in customer deployments.
• Experience deploying and supporting software in legal technology or complex enterprise environments.
