Salary: $92,880–$127,710/year + 25% incentive

What you will do

• Underwrite and select new business to produce underwriting profit.
• Underwrite renewal business, handle servicing, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Review submissions to identify exposure and risk, and evaluate terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Resolve premium audit disputes with assigned agents/brokers.
• Monitor producers for profitability and production; coordinate product marketing with regional and national marketing associates.
• Communicate with underwriting management and product line leaders; participate in audits and underwriting meetings as required.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of current underwriting experience in wholesale environmental and energy commercial insurance.
• Demonstrated technical underwriting knowledge with progression of increasing responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel; strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% when appropriate.
