What you will do

• Maintain detailed audit records for card materials throughout production and storage to ensure full traceability.
• Verify quantities of materials entering and exiting each department during manufacturing phases.
• Track and document spoiled, rejected, or setup materials, including destruction, following secure handling procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for completed card products awaiting shipment.
• Enforce compliance with internal audit procedures and applicable industry regulations, including PCI standards where applicable.
• Follow safety protocols and uphold product quality standards in line with customer and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or secure production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sequence and verify data.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic math proficiency, including decimal calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in proximity to machinery; must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test prior to employment.
