What you will do

• Support the Quality Excellence department as an intern or working student with management systems (Quality Management, Energy Management, Environmental Management).
• Analyze existing requirements, current status, and best practices for management systems.
• Contribute ideas and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement of management systems.
• Prepare and document workshops.
• Create presentations and training materials.
• Internship duration: at least 3 months (indicate whether voluntary or mandatory).

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with completed basic studies in quality management, energy management, environmental management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or economics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Initial experience in management systems (environmental, energy, and quality management) is desirable.
