What you will do

• Lead investment strategy for unscripted portfolios, setting benchmarks and optimizing greenlight decisions.
• Build and maintain advanced valuation models to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Programming, Finance, and Decision Sciences to shape content strategy and prioritize spend.
• Collaborate with Content Acquisition to evaluate opportunities using rigorous data-driven analysis.
• Optimize release calendars and scheduling to maximize audience engagement and acquisition.
• Develop high-impact presentations and strategic deep dives for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading institution.
• 4+ years (Manager) or 6+ years (Sr. Manager) of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy within media.
• Proven ability to structure complex business questions into actionable strategic frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with experience synthesizing large datasets.
