What you will do

• Research and compile comprehensive information for claims filed for settlement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, clients, and various vendors.
• Verify and ensure files are accurate and complete before they are sent to claims adjusters.
• Coordinate with vendors, such as appraisers and skip-tracers, to request status updates.
• Resolve borrower and provider inquiries regarding claims or policies via phone and email.
• Ensure all processing complies with state laws, policies, and company procedures.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future).
• Previous experience working in a claims environment.
• 1-3 years of general office experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed of 45 wpm.
