• Partner with design teams to foster player creativity and emergent play.
• Collaborate across disciplines including animation, art, audio, VFX, and engineering.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven track record designing and shipping gameplay elements for a live service.
• Experience using level design tools to layout encounters in action-adventure games.
• Strong hands-on implementation ability and systemic design process.
• Fluency in how animation, audio, and effects shape gameplay feel.
• Clear communication skills and ability to act as a culture leader.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of third-person camera design for action games.
• Mobile design background, especially with real-time action.
• Familiarity with cross-platform game design.
• Experience delivering emergent gameplay via physics.
