What you will do

• Manage 2-4 bespoke research projects simultaneously from design to final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality checks on project outputs and provide clear instructions to team members.
• Prepare high-quality questionnaires, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence client business strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their specific business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Applied Mathematics.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
• Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace equivalents.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong numerical sensitivity and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet external deadlines.
