Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days in office).

Compensation: EUR 1,650 – EUR 2,150 monthly.

What you will do

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations.
• Monitor and validate data accuracy and consistency using SQL and BI tools.
• Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with global teams.
• Respond to client and internal queries with timely feedback.
• Identify and implement initiatives to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Coordinate with product managers and technical teams to drive sub-project execution.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in data operations or analytics.
• Solid proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
