Business Analyst (E-commerce Data)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office each week.

Salary: EUR 1,850–2,150 per month.

What you will do

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making.
• Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using SQL and BI tools.
• Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues with local and global teams.
• Respond to client and internal queries and ensure deliverables meet deadlines, KPIs, and expectations.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to QA dashboards, process documentation, and internal tooling.
• Coordinate with product managers, analysts, and technical and business teams while owning sub-projects and maintaining SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and maintain clear operational documentation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-commerce data and industry trends.
