Junior Data Analyst

Location: Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

• Deliver regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for eCommerce and sales teams.
• Prepare, clean, and manage prospect and performance data across CRM and analytics systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality across all dashboards.
• Extract and analyze data using Google Analytics, Data Lake, and Tableau.
• Support CRM data uploads and maintain data hygiene standards.
• Document data processes, workflows, and reporting logic.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Prague, Czech Republic.
• Willingness to occasionally work late afternoons to align with Canadian management.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and MS Access.
• Basic understanding of marketing, demand generation, or eCommerce metrics.
• Clear communication skills for documenting and explaining data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Looker.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
