What you will do

• Distribute reports to external clients using specialized applications and manage portal access and settings.
• Perform quality control checks on all report deliveries to verify content and publication.
• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot the online delivery system to minimize rework.
• Act as a point of contact for local country teams and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain monthly performance reports on delivery efficiency and adhere to global best practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, IT, Data Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for the hybrid work model.
