TL;DR

Senior Reward Manager (Total Rewards): Developing and implementing innovative, company-wide total rewards strategies to attract and retain global talent with an accent on compensation design, job architecture, and M&A integrations. Focus on influencing executive decision-making and evolving reward philosophies to support rapid organizational scaling.

Location: Must be based permanently at our Sydney HQ. This role requires relocation to Sydney, Australia.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement company-wide Total Rewards strategies to attract and retain top global talent.
  • Lead high-impact projects including job architecture evolution, M&A integrations, and market expansions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights for critical business decisions.
  • Utilize market data and forward-looking analysis to identify trends and shape future-ready reward strategies.
  • Prepare executive-level and board-ready content regarding Total Rewards matters.
  • Mentor and uplift capability within the global Reward function.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards within global, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise across compensation and benefits design with strong analytical and modelling capability.
  • Proven ability to connect reward strategy to business performance with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience leading complex, transformational reward initiatives.
  • Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia for a permanent onsite role.
