What you will do

• Serve as Project Manager for the Savannah Infrastructure & Development project, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead internal project performance reviews and manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and cultivating client relationships.
• Provide direct mentorship and coaching to Savannah office professionals to foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align market strategies with broader company growth objectives.
• Support recruiting efforts and onboarding for the local team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience in water/wastewater treatment or linear infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.
• Proven experience in business development and commercial management of projects.
