What you will do

• Contribute to day-to-day client service activities for healthcare business improvement initiatives.
• Execute financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning to support transactions.
• Perform operational process optimization, data management, and financial technology enablement.
• Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Supervise engagement teams and assist in practice development, including recruiting and client pitches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Strong expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and operational process analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/BI tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Nice to have

• CFA or CPA certification.
• Technical or GAAP accounting expertise.
