Senior Product Manager (EOR Solutions): Leading product strategy and execution for workforce solutions, including Employer of Record (EOR) and global payment capabilities with an accent on build vs. buy decision-making and API integrations. Focus on translating complex compliance requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences for SMB customers.
Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This role is hybrid and will require 3 days in office once the hub is established in Q4 2026.
Salary: $167,500–$209,250 USD

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for workforce solutions, including EOR, payroll, and payment systems.
- Execute build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to accelerate speed to market.
- Define and ship end-to-end product experiences across the workforce lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and compliance.
- Translate complex operational and compliance requirements into intuitive experiences for SMB customers.
- Partner with legal, operations, finance, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Use data and customer insights to drive roadmap prioritization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
- Proven experience in full product ownership, including roadmap management and end-to-end shipping.
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs and white-label platforms into a native product experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments.
- Strong ability to simplify complex compliance-heavy requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience in payroll, EOR, HR tech, or adjacent compliance-heavy domains.
