Salary: $CAD 120,640 - 150,800

What you will do
- Optimize core purchase workflows, including sender recommendation experiences and exclusive number provisioning.
- Drive platform orchestration to unify the customer journey using intent-based routing and proactive nudges.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and KYC Product Managers to integrate compliance initiatives into the onboarding flow.
- Utilize product analytics and dashboards to monitor funnel health and identify points of friction.
- Manage end-to-end roadmap planning, prioritize features, and align internal stakeholders on product strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
- Proven track record of managing complex systems and state-management workflows.
- Strong technical acumen to partner with Engineering on complex system architectures.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making using quantitative data and product analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience building PLG workflows for APIs and developer onboarding.
- Background in telecommunications, KYC, or other highly regulated ecosystems.
