What you will do

• Optimize core purchase workflows, including sender recommendation experiences and exclusive number provisioning.
• Drive platform orchestration to unify the customer journey using intent-based routing and proactive nudges.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and KYC Product Managers to integrate compliance initiatives into the onboarding flow.
• Utilize product analytics and dashboards to monitor funnel health and identify points of friction.
• Manage end-to-end roadmap planning, prioritize features, and align internal stakeholders on product strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Proven track record of managing complex systems and state-management workflows.
• Strong technical acumen to partner with Engineering on complex system architectures.
• Expertise in data-driven decision making using quantitative data and product analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience building PLG workflows for APIs and developer onboarding.
• Background in telecommunications, KYC, or other highly regulated ecosystems.
