Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in eligible Canadian provinces

Salary: CAD 120,640 – 150,800 plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own and optimize core onboarding and provisioning workflows, including sender recommendation systems and number porting.
• Design platform orchestration strategies using intelligent state management and intent-based routing.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to embed KYC and regulatory requirements into the customer journey.
• Build data-driven product strategies using analytics dashboards and experimentation to improve conversion.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning stakeholders on vision and delivery plans.
• Drive scalable solutions to support high-volume growth, including bulk provisioning and global expansion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing complex system workflows, state management, or orchestration layers.
• Strong technical acumen to collaborate with engineering on system architecture and integration.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
• Ability to align engineering, design, and compliance teams around shared outcomes.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom or KYC/regulatory environments.
• Experience with developer-facing API or platform products.
