What you will do
- Lead and manage the Asia Solutions Consulting team, serving as a player-coach in key sales opportunities.
- Provide strategic vision and product expertise to prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Consultants across various industry verticals and markets.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to ensure long-term customer success.
- Drive pre-sales engineering initiatives and establish strong foundations for customer partnerships.
- Travel up to 50% at peak times to support regional sales efforts.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the Singapore office.
- Proven experience in Pre-sales Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with a focus on mentorship.
- Domain knowledge in at least three of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
