Focus on delivering advanced technical presentations, mentoring junior team members, and driving strategic customer success for Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts.

What you will do

• Lead high-complexity deals through advanced technical presentations, POC design, and solution architecture.
• Manage the complete post-sale technical journey for Tier 0 and Tier 1 accounts, including onboarding and training.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues that exceed standard support capabilities.
• Coach and mentor junior Solutions Engineers to improve technical depth and deal strategy.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on complex customer use cases.
• Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and webinars.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer with a proven track record.
• Must be based in Singapore and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in RMM, Backup, Ticketing, Endpoint Security, or MDM.
• Strong ability to translate technical complexity into business value for C-level stakeholders.
• English proficiency (C1+) is required.
• Experience navigating complex environments like MSP, multi-site, or regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional EMEA language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish).
• Familiarity with EMEA IT compliance frameworks (NIS2, GDPR, DACH BSI).
• Knowledge of scripting and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree.
