What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing and sales.
• Manage internal projects to ensure client requirements are met with the best available solutions.
• Deliver analytics and insights services, including Brand Health, segmentation, and customer experience research.
• Identify new business opportunities through daily client engagement and collaborate with account development teams.
• Share industry knowledge and best practices across internal teams to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
• Proven experience in quantitative market research and client account management.
• Strong background in an analytical environment with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
