What you will do

• Lead and execute client projects within the insurance sector, ensuring high delivery standards.
• Gather business requirements and user stories, performing deep analysis to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with IT developers and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs.
• Manage and support UAT, end-to-end, and regression testing, including defect troubleshooting.
• Contribute to office growth through content development, business development, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Support the recruitment process for future consultants and share consulting best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in management consulting and/or the insurance industry.
• Proven experience delivering change for top-tier insurance companies.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and technologies (Insurtech/Fintech).
• Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on client and business development.
