What you will do

• Lead the development of the technology practice, including DevOps, IT architecture, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• Drive business development, manage P&L, and build a portfolio of clients in the Singapore market.
• Lead project delivery teams at client sites or from the Singapore office.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to the hirify.global brand through marketing, content development, and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with global offices to leverage digital assets and capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the consulting or technology industry.
• Proven sales and business development experience with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience with a Big4 or equivalent consulting firm is required.
• Strong project and program management expertise.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate multi-cultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
