What you will do

• Plan, execute, and report on testing activities for IVR and web applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead voice testing services, including IVR flows, prompts, integrations, and call scenarios.
• Manage and balance testing resources across multiple concurrent releases.
• Coordinate defect triage and lead test review meetings with development teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities for future test automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, executing, and reporting test efforts.
• Proven experience testing IVR and voice applications.
• Strong expertise in writing test cases and scripts for applications.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end and integration testing in contact center environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing support.
