• Partner with project teams, quality leads, and stakeholders to mature and sustain high-quality processes across the enterprise.
• Lead and significantly contribute to CMMI appraisal preparation activities.
• Focus on process governance, metrics interpretation, and performance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization using high maturity application experience.
• Apply statistical process control or advanced analytics to support Maturity Levels 4 and 5.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, data analysis, or organizational maturity programs.
• Experience supporting CMMI High Maturity (ML4 and ML5) practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• INCOSE Certified CMMI Associate, Practitioner, Professional, or Lead Appraiser Certification.
• Experience in process engineering or organizational transformation.
• Knowledge of internal audit practices and quality frameworks.
