What you will do

• Lead strategic analysis and execution for M&A, financing activities, and capital raises.
• Structure and execute debt facilities, equity raises, and strategic capital partnerships.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for infrastructure investments and project finance.
• Interface with investment banks, private equity firms, lenders, and institutional investors.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities, joint ventures, and platform expansion within digital infrastructure.
• Develop investment materials, board presentations, and investor communications.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure advisory, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Deep expertise in digital infrastructure sectors including data centers, AI/GPU infrastructure, and cloud connectivity.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with the ability to build models from scratch.
• Significant experience executing M&A transactions, debt financings, and equity raises.
• Strong understanding of capital structures and institutional financing markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification.
• Experience advising fast-scaling AI infrastructure or power-intensive compute businesses.
• Direct experience working with board members and strategic capital partners.
