What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end M&A process, including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, and target valuation.
• Manage comprehensive due diligence processes through close collaboration across multiple internal functions.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to evaluate M&A opportunities.
• Prepare high-level written communications and presentations for senior executives.
• Support deal sourcing and overall pipeline management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, synergy analysis, and valuation for both public and private entities.
• Proven deal process management and complex problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.
