Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop benefit design and renewal strategies and drive solutions for complex client issues.
- Partner with account management/client service teams on pre-renewal planning, RFP distribution, SPRs, open enrollment strategy, and post-renewal analysis.
- Own service scope, timelines, and renewal updates; maintain accountability for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
- Monitor project success across scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction; support onboarding of new clients with implementation plans and timelines.
- Grow the book of business through cross-selling and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance knowledge for employer-sponsored health and welfare plans and maintain accurate client data in CRM.
Requirements
- 7+ years of benefits consulting experience.
- Ability to influence and effectively interact with members of the C-suite.
- Practical knowledge of quoting process and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications.
- Valid life and health insurance license.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
