Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, California, New York, New York). In-person collaboration is essential and all team members must work from offices on Mondays and Thursdays.

Salary: $165,000 - $205,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do

• Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows and member management.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive seamless adoption.
• Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from scoping to execution.
• Provide expert guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, and security.
• Deliver professional services solutions across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Manage project execution, maintaining documentation and timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven success in delivering customer implementations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and a solid understanding of technical concepts and integrations.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in workspace design and information architecture.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
