Senior Solution Engineer (Intelligence Community): Drive adoption of Digital Workspace products and solutions in large-scale U.S. Intelligence Community enterprise accounts with an accent on technical pre-sales, enterprise architecture consulting, and influencing product direction through Federal compliance requirements. Focus on delivering high-impact demos and RFP responses, guiding digital transformation, and coordinating cross-functionally to achieve customer outcomes.

Location: Remote – U.S. (Washington DC Metro Area)

Salary: USD 225,000 - 350,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build relationships with U.S. Intelligence Community stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, architects) and guide digital transformation for digital workspace needs.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
  • Present Digital Workspace technical and business value at industry events and identify new business opportunities.
  • Influence product direction by sharing insights on Federal compliance and operational requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DISA STIGs).

Requirements

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required
  • 5–7 years in pre-sales solution engineering or a related customer-facing role; strong advantage for End User Computing experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, Windows desktop/application management, and endpoint security.
  • Familiarity with Federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and NIAP.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
