What you will do

• Provide post-sales technical support for Arista products, specifically Cloudvision (CVP/CVaaS).
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software network issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Recreate customer network issues in a dedicated lab environment as needed.
• Document technical issues and customer communications to support product quality and development.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineering, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network protocols.
• Expert knowledge in network management platforms, DevOps platforms, APIs (JSON, gRPC), scripting (Python, Bash), and Linux.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including Ethernet, VLANs, IP routing, TCP/IP, and BGP/OSPF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization solutions like VMware ESXi or KVM.
• Familiarity with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Terraform.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools like Tcpdump and Wireshark.
• Experience with Golang, Prometheus, Grafana, or SSO protocols.
