What you will do

• Serve as the final tier of support for the most complex, high-priority, and technically demanding global customer issues.
• Lead the US technical support team by mentoring junior and senior engineers and conducting technical deep-dives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to identify bugs and advocate for product improvements.
• Author and maintain high-quality internal and external technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to support strategies, designing processes to enhance time-to-resolution and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software integrations and core authentication concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, actionable guidance.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) deployment and advanced troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of FIDO2, WebAuthn, PIV, OpenPGP, OATH-TOTP, and PKCS11.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.
• Scripting and automation experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience working with hardware tokens or Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
