What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to define the multi-year vision for the developer platform, including CI/CD, observability, and AI toolchains.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers focused on critical developer-facing surfaces.
• Define and execute the AI-for-development strategy, ensuring safe and governed use of coding assistants and agentic tools.
• Instrument and report on developer productivity metrics, DORA/SPACE outcomes, and platform adoption.
• Drive the adoption of the paved path by treating internal teams as customers and prioritizing developer pain points.
• Represent the DevEx portfolio in VP+ forums and align roadmaps across the broader hirify.global Group.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant focus on developer-facing, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical and AI fluency, with the ability to discuss architecture trade-offs and the current frontier of agentic development.
• Proven track record of leading multi-team, multi-year roadmaps at a Director level.
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or DevOps.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with VP-level engineering partners.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling developer platforms at a consumer marketplace or large-enterprise SaaS company.
• Direct experience building or rolling out agentic development tools.
• Experience partnering with Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams in regulated environments.
• Track record of measuring developer productivity using DORA or SPACE frameworks.
