What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers to ensure strong execution.
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the underwriting domain.
  • Drive end-to-end product discovery, including customer research and market analysis.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop business cases and influence executive leadership and external carrier partners.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-native workflows across the product organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level capacity.
  • Direct experience in underwriting, insurance, or insurtech environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling complex products in regulated or enterprise settings.
  • Strong expertise in product discovery and translating insights into execution plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Must be based in the United States.
