What you will do
- Manage employment-based immigration cases including H-1B, TN, L-1, F-1 OPT/STEM, PERM, and green card processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, recruiters, and HR teams regarding case status and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and relocation vendors to manage filings and documentation.
- Monitor work authorization expirations and ensure compliance with I-9 and Public Access File requirements.
- Maintain accurate immigration records, reporting dashboards, and approve service provider invoices.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR Operations to support visa renewals and travel documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting employment-based immigration in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting high-volume or multinational immigration programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
