What you will do

• Lead approval activities for OHL structural and tower engineering deliverables.
• Oversee transmission tower structural assessment and design outputs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support work acquisition, tendering activities, and safety-by-design assessments.
• Collaborate with the Principal Structural Engineer and Head of Engineering to improve team delivery.
• Create design deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster staff development and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering Overhead Steel Lattice towers and transmission structures up to 400kV.
• Proficiency in PLS Tower design software.
• Bachelor's degree (Level 6) or Master's degree (Level 7) in an engineering discipline.
• Chartership or PE status preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively in a dispersed, remote team environment.
