Electrical Design Engineer

What you will do

• Deliver electrical designs aligned to technical requirements, constraints, and project goals.
• Create and maintain compliant technical documentation, including BoMs, parts, and assemblies.
• Estimate tasks and keep project documentation up to date across the development lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and contribute to mitigation and project planning.
• Gather, interpret, and document technical requirements in alignment with stakeholder and customer needs.
• Manage and update requirements documentation with full change tracking and traceability.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/D in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD tools, ideally SolidWorks.
• Solid understanding of design for manufacture (DFM) and value engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and product development.
• Clear, confident communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
