What you will do

• Lead the design and development of new product concepts and complex engineering projects to ensure superior performance and quality.
• Prepare feasibility studies and coordinate design, analysis, and computer simulation efforts.
• Act as the development team leader, interacting with plant locations and various engineering departments to meet schedules.
• Evaluate and resolve design and manufacturing problems by visiting plants, dealerships, and customer job sites worldwide.
• Research technological advancements to develop unique, patentable product features that provide a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science with 3-5 years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience or a Doctorate in Engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to develop product concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel worldwide to suppliers, production plants, and customer sites.
