What you will do

• Support the planning and coordination of financial processes including close, forecast, and budget cycles.
• Consolidate financial results across the Sports portfolio and deliver variance analysis against key business drivers.
• Manage headcount planning and tracking through monthly reviews with business leaders.
• Provide FP&A support for Sports HQ departments to ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Serve as the system administrator for the Sports budgeting tool (BPC).
• Partner with the Controllership team on strategic initiatives and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with preference for FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview in the United States.

• Experience with SAP BW/BPC.
