What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to plan, forecast, and manage operating expenses, providing insights into drivers and risks.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accurate consolidation of financial results across business units.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to develop comprehensive financial performance reports and narratives for leadership.
• Facilitate the annual planning process, including stakeholder alignment and system loading.
• Develop and continuously improve dynamic financial models, planning tools, and reporting templates.
• Identify key performance indicators and trends to anticipate leadership needs and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional finance position.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Holland, MI.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, operating expense management, and enterprise reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable outputs.
• Proven experience in developing scalable financial models and tools.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or CCM (Certified Cash Manager) certification.
