What you will do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client and lessee inquiries.
- Provide daily guidance, mentoring, and operational support to the Client Service team.
- Maintain strong relationships with credit union clients and handle sensitive resolutions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend automation or process enhancements.
- Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new team members and clients.
- Partner with leadership on strategic departmental projects and system testing.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or leasing operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time to client locations.
