Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do
- Provide technical support to institutional clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Take ownership of incoming queries and manage client expectations under time pressures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to resolve client issues.
- Gather and relay client feedback to product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the firm's values while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York.
- Proven experience in a technical account management role, ideally within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain, and digital assets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with effective troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work a shift pattern including weekends (5 out of 7 days).

- Finra Series 99 Certified – Operations Professional Exam.
