Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do

• Provide technical support to institutional clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Take ownership of incoming queries and manage client expectations under time pressures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to resolve client issues.
• Gather and relay client feedback to product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the firm's values while acting in the best interest of the client.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide expert guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York.
• Proven experience in a technical account management role, ideally within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency technology, blockchain, and digital assets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work a shift pattern including weekends (5 out of 7 days).

• Finra Series 99 Certified – Operations Professional Exam.
