What you will do

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks per schedule to prevent breakdowns and reduce operational downtime.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Prioritize maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment, tools, and utility systems; complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain equipment operating condition through inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as needed.
• Diagnose malfunctions by observing and evaluating machinery operation using mechanical diagnostic methods.
• Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and adjust maintenance activities; inspect equipment for safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
